Digital Products:
All products sold on Build a Balanced Brain are digital goods (downloadable content) delivered electronically.

No Refunds:
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a product has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned or exchanged, and refunds are not available.

Technical Issues:
If you experience any technical problems accessing your digital purchase, please contact us at paul.greenhouse@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Consumer Rights:
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. For example, in certain circumstances, EU and UK consumer laws may provide rights beyond this policy, such as the right to a refund for faulty digital content.
